The problem

Asking is the easy part. Managing it isn’t.

Asking is awkward

You write the email three times. You're still not sure you included everything they need.

The files scatter

Your resume is in one thread, your statement in another, and the instructions in a third.

The silence is stressful

You don't know if they saw it, started it, or finished it. So you write the awkward follow-up.

A complete request, every time

They never have to dig or guess

  • Everything travels with the request
Your message, the deadline, and the files. One link has it all.
  • Files shared once
Up to 20 files per request. No more “could you resend your resume?”
  • Instructions written once
Exactly how to submit, in your words, where they can always find it.

Status you can see

Zero “just checking in” emails

  • Sent, accepted, completed, declined
Every request shows where it stands, the moment it changes.
  • Reminders you don't have to write
Polite nudges before deadlines. Never guilt-based, and they stop the moment they respond.
  • You hear about declines early
If someone can’t help, you know in time to ask someone else.

Any submission method

However the program wants it

  • Upload back through Wado
The letter lands in your dashboard, ready to view or download.
  • External email, portal, or custom steps
You set the method. They mark it done when it's done.
  • Honest tracking
Outside submissions show as reported by your recommender. We never claim what we can't see.

Being honest with you

What Wado doesn’t do.

Wado doesn’t write the letter, and it doesn’t submit your application.

If your recommender submits outside Wado, we show what they reported. We can’t see what the school received, so we never pretend to. Always check the official requirements yourself.

We’d rather tell you this upfront than let you find out at a deadline.

Your next request,without the mess

Send a request your recommender will actually thank you for.
