If this sounds familiar

Some applications give you a portal. Others just leave it to you.

The application says “get a recommendation” and walks away. Now it lives in your inbox, and you’re the one keeping it alive.

“Did you get my email?”

“Sorry, could you resend the files?”

“Just circling back, any update?”

One quiet place, instead.
Step one · Create

Give every request a home

  • Add the application
    Program, school, deadline. Thirty seconds.
  • Add who you're asking
Name, email, and how they know you. Wado handles the rest.
  • Attach the right files
Resume, transcript, statement. Shared once, never resent.

Step two · Send

They get one clear link

  • No account for them
The email opens a secure page with everything they need. No password, no download.
  • Everything they need
Your message, your files, and how to submit. All in one place.
  • Declining is one click
If they can't help, you find out now, not at the deadline.

FAQ

Honest answers, no fine print.

All questions, answered
Does my recommender need an account?
No. They respond through a secure link sent to their email. Optional accounts for recommenders managing multiple requests may come later.
What can my recommender see?
Only the request you sent them: application name, organization, deadline, message, instructions, and any files you attached. Nothing else from your dashboard.
Is this an official application portal?
No. Wado helps coordinate recommendation and outside-material requests. It doesn't replace the official application system.
